Room Available in a Soon-to-be Remodeled 2b/1b Apartment in Redwood City (10 minute drive to campus)!

As you look through pictures of the unit, please keep in mind that we're remodeling the unit in July! We're installing wood-like vinyl plank flooring, re-painting the walls, and replacing the blinds in the living room with white wooden blinds. The unit will be beautiful when you move in! I’ve included sample pictures of the new flooring and wall color for reference. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and is located on the second floor above the garage in our land-lords home. I'll be living in the unit with you and sharing all common spaces including the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The unit is quiet, very well cared for and the landlords are amazing people. We do have private entrance to the unit around the back side of the house. Your bedroom has plenty of space (12’4” x 11’10”) and includes a standard size closet with shelves to allow a for decent amount of storage. The unit is between 900-1000 sq. ft. and includes an in-unit washer and dryer, renovated kitchen, newly installed wood-like vinyl plank flooring, and a personal parking spot in front of the unit. We have two large grocery stores within easy driving distance (Whole Foods - 10 mins, 24/7 Safeway - 3 mins) and easy access to 280. Stanford is about a 10 minute drive from the unit.

My name is Jordan and I'm in my mid-20s (pronouns: she/her/hers). I will be starting medical school at Stanford in August. I like to keep the apartment very clean and relaxed during the week. On the weekends, I love hiking and camping outdoors, watching movies, and baking bread and pastas. I was a D1 athlete on a women's volleyball team in college and still enjoy playing sports and keeping active as much as possible. I have a 3 pound shih tzu named Mia (see pictures, she’s adorable!) so our new roommate will have to love dogs!
