Room available in 2Br /1Ba Modern Apartment (Palo Alto)

I am looking for someone to share an apartment (with my roommate) starting Sept. 1st (or the last week of August), as I am moving out for a new job.

-For rent is a 1br in a 2br/1ba apartment located in Palo Alto, close to public transportation and bikeable to Stanford and Mountain View
-The current lease goes until May 2018 with the option to renew. This is not a subletting situation; you will be a co-signer on the lease.
-The total rent is $2695 and would be split evenly at $1347.50
-Security deposit is $500, transferable to the outgoing roommate.
-The apartment is part of a small apartment building with only 10 units.
-The apartment has updated features, including hardwood floors, dishwasher, gas stove, quartz countertops, and new paint.
-The living room and kitchen are well furnished (but there is a lot of open space if you have stuff, too) but the bedroom is unfurnished and you would be responsible for bedroom furniture.
-Quite a bit of extra storage space is available.
-Laundry is coin op on site
-Ample free street parking is available if you have a car
-No smokers, no drugs
-My roommate loves animals, but this is a pet-free building
-Utilities/internet are not included in the rent and generally run ~$100 per person depending on usage.

About my roommate:
-She is a 32 year old female who is currently a postdoc at Stanford. She is clean and quiet and values the same attributes in roommates! She enjoys rock climbing, hiking, running, and cooking in her free time.

This is not a party house! This is a quiet space to relax in.
