My roommate and I are Stanford MS-1s looking for a third medical student or graduate student to live with us in a three bedroom 1600 sq. ft. townhouse in Menlo Park:
The home is a beautiful newer construction for $3100/month located 4.9 miles from the LKSC. The house also has laundry and a garage. Because one bedroom is significantly larger than the other two, the third roommate's rent would be less than $1000/month. This is cheaper and closer to campus than many of the subsidized off-campus options. The room is available starting August 15 (move-in date flexible).
