A private room is available in Palo Alto near to Stanford Campus, US101(San Antonio Road exit) and San Antonio Shopping Center. House is in a great location and has 3 other housemates all Stanford affiliated. One female Stanford grad student, one male Stanford grad, and one male working at Stanford(who is also the manager of this place). The house is clean with a large backyard and includes free access to a large TV and free in unit laundry. This is a nonsmoking place. The rent is lowest around the Palo Alto area and would be $1150 plus utilities ($70~$80) per month. The room comes furnished with a double bed, large dresser, desk, chair, and a bedside table.
The room can be had starting 22nd Dec or 1st Jan (flexible).
