The room will be available January 1st. It's on the second floor of a very nice 3 floor house, with a shared bathroom with 1 other room on the second floor. The house has vaulted ceilings in the main area, a very spacious kitchen, a small backyard, a garage for storage, and space for parking. Ideally I would also like to sell some of my furniture to whomever rents the room (double bed with Tempurpedic mattress, bookshelf, dresser and lamp).
