House has plenty of skylights and is very bright and sunny during the day (feels very spacious and nice). House includes dishwasher, laundry, granite kitchen countertops, fireplace, big patio space and garage.
Looking for someone who can move in on Sep 1 and can commit to a year long lease as well as 1 month's worth of rent as security deposit.
Rent is $1275 per month + utilities.
You'd be rooming with two males, one Stanford PhD student in the biosciences and a computer science postdoc. We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate.
