Laundry right across the street. Patricia is a clinical social worker in her 50’s and has lived here since the 90’s (which is why it is so affordable).

The location is amazing - 3 min walk from 24th and Mission Bart, on the 48 bus line, within 5 minutes walking from the 3 best burrito places in SF (Papalote, El Farolito, and La Taqueria), walking distance from Noe Valley, Dolores Park, and all the fun places in the Mission.
