We are looking to fill one vacancy in our 4-bedroom, 2-full-bath house. It is a spacious (1642 sq. ft.) Midtown Palo Alto home close to Stanford (~15 min. bike ride), a short walk to Philz Coffee and several parks, and a short drive to Safeway, California Ave. Caltrain, and San Antonio Caltrain.

ABOUT THE ROOM
The vacant room is the second largest in the house, at about 130 sq. ft. (~13x10.5). It is unfurnished and has hardwood floors, a closet, and one large window overlooking the backyard. Bathroom is shared with one other tenant.

ABOUT US
We are 3 males in our late 20s and early 30s:

1. Engineer at a sports tech company, baseball nut, former radio DJ who supplies the house with vinyl records and a home theater. Loves to travel, cook, work out, search for hangover cures, and work on his truck. Invented the pretzel-mayonnaise sandwich and an online recipe name generator.
2. Postdoctoral fellow in coral reef genetics, recently finished a Ph.D. in genetics at UC-Berkeley. Loves climbing, running, and hiking. Once accidentally released a wild bat into the third grade class.
3. Biochemistry Ph.D. student. Likes to hike, bike, and read. Likes filling our garage with two-wheeled paperweights.

Among our shared interests are cooking, aspiring to brew beer, Chromecasting cheesy YouTube videos, and going to events throughout the Bay Area, such as concerts, festivals, and sports. We've hosted one party in our time here, but we'd like to host more.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a clean, laid back, sociable, and responsible housemate who will contribute to keeping the place both tidy and enjoyable. We want to maintain our friendly, social environment where we occasionally host dinners, board game nights, barbecues, and other get-togethers, so we are looking for someone with similar goals.
