One of 2 rooms with a bathroom available in house in West Menlo Park. Beautiful outdoor area, 2 miles to Stanford University, Downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto. 1250$ per room monthly.
Rent includes: all utilities (water, electricity, garbage..) internet, laundry. There will be extra fee of 60$ per month for cleaning the rooms once a week (total per month is $1310). One room is available on September 6th or 11th. Only female students.
Rooms are furnished with: bed, Sofa, Desk, Fridge, Table and chairs, Closet. Extra storage area, parking. No kitchen, but there are: a small fridge,rice cooker, instant cooker, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
No smoking please, limited visitors.
