We are seeking a new housemate. The place is super nice, has great location near Stanford/Palo Alto, and best of all the people here are super chill and friendly. Plus, a lot of us are scientists, technologists and entrepreneurs, so if you like learning & hanging out with other smart people, we got you covered.

• Common areas include modern kitchen, furnished living/dining room, in-house laundry, large wooden deck/balcony in the backyard & an in-ground swimming pool with waterside
• Utilities are split evenly per person. Includes monthly maid cleanings & high-speed internet service.
• Large driveway so parking is never an issue
• Everything is already set up for you, including kitchen stuff
