We have an unfurnished master bedroom/bathroom available in a 3BR house in downtown Mountain View, and are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate housemate.

The place
We live in a cute 3BR/2BA house in downtown Mountain View. The house has a big kitchen (with gas stoves) and living room, a porch, some lawn space, a garage, and a small backyard. It’s just 2 blocks from Castro Street, 3 blocks from the Mountain View Caltrain station, and a 3 minute drive from Safeway. This location can’t be beat!

Rent is $1686/month including a parking space; utilities are paid separately. Your master bedroom is just off the kitchen, with a private bathroom and a generous walk-in closet.

The housemates
We are a middle school teacher and a software engineer in our mid-twenties. We like hanging out with friends, board games, cooking, and chatting. We like clean communal spaces, and generally keep things on the quieter side; think acoustic guitar and conversations rather than loud music through speakers.

The most important thing to us is that we can communicate with you! We are receptive to requests for keeping the noise down and the kitchen tidy, and we’d like for you to be the same.
