A bedroom is available for rent in our friendly Palo Alto home starting 10/1/20. This upstairs bedroom (9’ x 11.5’) is well-lit and features a window overlooking our quiet backyard. Our home is large, and all common areas are shared: full kitchen, dining room, living room, front yard, backyard bike shed, and washer/dryer. All utilities are split evenly, including cable, internet, and cleaning service (~$75/mo).

Our house is located 3 miles from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, and downtown Mountain View. It is easily accessible by bike or car. There are two reserved parking spots and plenty of street parking. Bonus: Philz Coffee is just steps away.

We are a mixed bunch of young professionals (M&F, mid-to-late 20s), including tech workers and graduate students. We are all active in our own ways and enjoy things like hiking, cycling, cooking, and board game nights. We are looking for a friendly and open-minded person to join our home.
