Room available in great apartment in downtown Palo Alto

Hi,
We are looking for a new flat mate in our great apartment in downtown Palo Alto!
The location of the place is perfect: right off university avenue, so walking distance (2 min) to shops, restaurants and bars and only a 10-15 min bike ride to Stanford campus.
Our flat has a cute kitchen and living room in which we like to cook and eat together. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. Rent for the room will be around 1780 -1800$ per month (depending on the new lease, all utilities included).
