Room Available in House, Central Location (Palo Alto, Los Altos, MV)

Hello!

We're looking for a housemate for an Eichler-esque home. The room for rent is $975/month w/flexible lease and does not include Utilities (internet, electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, recycling, yard waste) which would probably average about $100 per month. Although the place hasn't seen very much remodeling, it is clean, has natural light, and a central location (Alma and E. Meadow). It's close to Stanford, Mitchell Park/Library, Outlet Grocery, Shopping, Restaurants/Cafes, Highways, and not too far from CalTrain. There's street parking, and no permit is necessary.

We're all transplants to the area, from the Midwest, South, and SoCal. We've got a couple of dogs and a rabbit, so sorry, no more pets are possible. We're all doing out own thing, but we're friendly, quiet, clean, responsible, non-smokers, hardly-ever-drinkers, and enjoy a pretty healthy lifestyle. We all work quite a bit, but when we have some down time, we like to workout, explore the area, launch balls for dogs to retrieve, catch a movie, and/or listen/play some music.
