Room available in house close to campus

We are a group of recent grads/entrepreneurs looking to share an awesome house close to campus, after our roommate is leaving to become a surf bum.

Location: on Harkins Drive in Menlo Park, quite close to West MP downtown area, Starbucks, and Dutch Goose
Rent: $1225 /month + utilities. Additionally, one month's rent as deposit required
Start date: January 23
Lease term: 2+ months. Lease guaranteed through end of March and becomes month to month afterwards
Furniture: House is fully furnished, room only includes full size mattress
Who you are: Clean and neat are most important! Other than that, we are looking for a roomie who is easy-going and friendly. Preferably no car (no space in driveway).
Misc: Room size 100ft^2. Garage is being used as workspace for entrepreneurial endeavors.
