Room available in house close to Facebook and Stanford! $1133/month!

Now available for rent is one bedroom in a 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom house located just off Highway 101 and very close to Facebook off Willow Road. It is close to Dumbarton bridge for easy access to the East Bay, but also great for access to 101 if needed! It has a close proximity to Stanford, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive and about a 20-30 minute bike ride to campus. The room is approximately 10"x11" with a closet. The house is very cute, and we have great gardening done here. There are even some peach trees in the front yard which produce yummy fruit! We have someone clean the house every two weeks, and we alternate paying for that. Rent is $3400/month for the entire house (divided three ways, so $1133/month per person). Utilities are paid separately from rent. There is ample parking in the driveway, and street parking is available during the day.

We are looking for a third roommate to join us in this great house. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful, but also easy-going and able to get along well with others. We have one dog and one cat. The cat is mostly outside, but the dog is a pretty playful dog that is not afraid to jump on you. He just loves to play, so if you love playful dogs then you will love this one. Additionally, we would like someone who does not smoke or do illicit drugs. Drinking is okay, but throwing parties is always a full house decision and must be run by all roommates prior to inviting large amounts of guests over. Overnight guests are okay as well.

About the roommates:

The first is a female in her early 30s and is currently a PhD in mechanical engineering at Stanford. She is also currently working with a tech startup. She owns the dog and cat and takes full responsibility for them. She is super fun and loves cooking. She takes care of most of the utilities, so you will be working with her to pay those bills.

The second is a male in his early 30s who works for Tesla as an engineer. He did his masters degree at Stanford and has been working for a few years now. He is into cars, camping, and is a very laid back, easy going guy.
