Room available in large, beautiful apartment in Mountain View

Hello! We are searching for a fourth roommate for our incredible condominium/apartment in Mountain View.

About the location:

The apartment is located right by the San Antonio Shopping Center. Target, Safeway, 24hr Fitness, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Walmart are less than a 15 minute walk away. The San Antonio Caltrain station is an 8 minute walk (3 minute run) away. Biking to Stanford takes about 15 minutes.

The complex is really beautiful, with lots of trees and a fountain/creek. We have access to a large, clean pool. There is free open parking around the complex.

About the apartment:

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen with granite countertops and a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, microwave, and toaster oven. The living room is huge with access to a balcony that overlooks the pool. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a central heating system, dining room/table, and fast internet.

There are two bathrooms (one private and one shared). You would share the bathroom with 2 roommates. It has a combined shower/bathtub with good water pressure. A ~$2000 new water heater was installed this year.

About the roommates:

Right now there are 3 people plus an adorable cat! We are warm-hearted and vegetarian-friendly (though of course it is okay if you eat meat).

About the room:

Medium-sized with an expansive window (overlooking some trees) and substantial closet space.

Rent is $1,250 per month. Utilities (gas/electricity) are usually between $30 - 40 per month. Internet is ~$16 per month. You can move in anytime during the month of November (though this can be negotiated based on your schedule).
