Your unfurnished 230 sq ft room (room 5) would be on the first floor of our 5br/4.5ba 3400 sq ft house. The 13'x5' private bathroom has a bath/shower, vanity lights, and get natural light. The room has recessed ceiling lights, carpets, a large closet, and a bay window. It stays cool throughout the summer, and faces away from nearby roads and highways.

Location is excellent. Less than half a mile to 101, halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. 2 miles to the Dumbarton bridge making it close to the East Bay as well. Just off of the "University Ave" exit of 101 the house is close to Facebook (3 miles), Google (5 miles), Stanford (3 miles) and Downtown Palo Alto (2 miles).
