We are a semi-retired married couple offering housing, for just the right person(s). They must enjoy quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, Stanford staffer, or or a working professional.
We have 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. We are renting them to two women. Additionally, they will share exclusive use of the remaining parts of the upstairs level, which include one bathroom and a large living space. The bedrooms are identical in size and design. It is a bright cheerful space.
One of the bedrooms is available with a 10 month lease.
The house is spacious and inviting. Both renters will also share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Also, free use of our good sized yard.
We have a small, loving dog.
The rent is $1500 per person. Utilities and wifi are included.
