We are a semi-retired married couple offering shared housing, for just the right person. He/she must enjoy quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, Stanford staffer, or a working professional.
The house is spacious and inviting. The renter will have a private bedroom and private bathroom, and will also share most of the house with us, along with 2 other working professionals. This includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and the downstairs bath. Also, free use of our good sized yard.
We have a small, loving dog.
The rent is $1350. All utilities and wifi are included.
