We (three graduate students, two girls and a guy) are looking for a roommate for one bedroom in our 3BR/2B house in the Allied Arts neighborhood in Menlo Park. The house is bright, spacious and comfortable. The room is available immediately, rent is currently $1300 plus utilities.
The house is in a nice mid-century Spanish style with hardwood floors and updated appliances (laundry, dishwasher, gas range) and the common spaces are fully furnished. The house has a private, enclosed patio with plenty of space that includes bikes, a grill, and a seating area. The common space includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook. The location is pretty ideal for commuting to the med school, on Partridge Ave (a block away from The Oasis, a few houses off El Camino). It is a 10 minute bike ride to the med campus, 0.5 mile to either the Palo Alto or Menlo Park Caltrain stations, and walking distance to Safeway. The available room can easily fit a queen bed, desk, dresser, and has its own walk-in closet. The bathroom with tiled shower will be shared with one (female) roommate.
The lease will be up for renewal in July, preference given to those interested in renewing the lease at that time. Please message me if you are interested and with questions!
