Room available in 3-bedroom house in Bernal Heights

The House: 

Perched on Bernal Hill just on the edge of the Mission, our house has 180-degree views of the city.  Shared spaces include a kitchen/living room with earthy tile floors and plenty of natural light, a granite bathroom, and a deck with a hell of a view of downtown.  When the weather’s good, you’ll want to eat all your meals out there.

The bedroom is fairly large, and has plenty of space for a bed, desk, and sitting area.  There’s a mirrored closet with lots of storage space.  The room is the only one in the house with a window that looks out at the city, and it makes the perfect reading nook. The room is unfurnished.

Additional stuff about the house:

• 10-minute walk to 24/Mission BART
• 3-minute walk to Precita Park
• In-house laundry facilities that we share with the unit downstairs
• Updated kitchen with gas burners, a hanging pot rack, skylights, and lots of storage space
• Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished

The Housemates:

We're two girls in our mid-20s who are generally down to hang but know when to leave each other alone for some decompression/me-time; clean and fairly regimented about chores but not super draconian about it; would love to find like-minded creatures to cohabit with. 

You: Gender doesn't matter, age isn't super important though we can probably relate to you better if you're mid 20s-30s, it'd be nice if you were funny but no pressure dawg you just be you and we can see if it's a fit.
