Now you can live in SF without compromising your work schedule. A room is available and it is a part of a 4 br / 2 ba house, steps from the 22nd street Caltrain, near cafes & restaurants in Dogpatch. There are three people to share the house with, all Stanford PhD students. It's as huge and pretty as the pictures, & the leasing agent likes the idea of renting to a bunch of Stanford grad students.

Rent/roommate: $1250 + utilities
Parking: 2 car tandem garage (1 spot will be mine) + tons of street parking
Perks: huge bedrooms, deck, garage storage, laundry in garage, backyard, did I mention it's a 3 minute walk to the Caltrain?
