Hey guys!
My roommates and I are looking for a 4th person to join us in this wonderful new condo that we found. We are looking for someone to sign a lease for a year. Rent will be $1075/mo + utilities (split evenly b/w the 4 of us). The security deposit will be $1125 per person. Check out the details below:

About the condo:

• 2 stories
• hardwood floors downstairs
• granite kitchen countertops
• laundry in unit
• AC! (nice to have on those occasional 90 degree days)
• 2 covered parking spaces, plenty of additional street parking
• small patio in back
• pool access
• 0.9 mile walk to Mountain View Caltrain Station
• 0.1 mile walk to Safeway
• 1 mile walk to Castro St.

About us:
We are three working ladies in our 20’s. Two of us work in Stanford’s School of Medicine and one works at Google. We do sometimes need to bring work home, so please be mindful and respectful of this. Generally, we aren’t party animals but do enjoy splitting a bottle of wine or going out for a drink every so often. We like to cook – anyone game for roommate potluck nights? Weekends in the city or exploring nature trails always make for a good time. But then again, weekend Netflix binging will not be judged.

About you:

• Female (sorry fellas, but all orientations/identifications welcome!)
• Working professional or graduate student
• No smoking, drugs, etc.
• No pets :( (not up to us)
• Reasonably clean
• Responsible (make sure you can afford rent and pay your bills on time) :)
