Room Available Jan.15th in Ladera with 4 female phd students and a dog

4 Female Stanford Students are looking for one responsible clean friendly female roommate. We prefer graduate students or post-docs for a 6 months to year lease.

The room is available for 982.50.

We all like to share a bottle of wine, have bbqs, and hang out over a good movie, and are not the huge party types, although we do like to go out dancing and bar hopping on occasion. Most evenings during the week we try and have dinner together and generally study quite a bit. On weekends we all like to hang out.

My small female hypoallergenic labradoodle also lives in the house, so we would prefer someone who likes dogs and has had dogs before. We like to keep the communal areas very clean, so if you are messy please do not reply to this post.

The house is spacious, bright, and beautiful with two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room, and a large backyard. It is a 10 minute or less drive from Stanford and a 20 minute bike ride.
