My room in a beautiful house in Palo Alto is about to become available. I'm moving only because I found a nice house with a group of friends close to SF where I would love to spend the rest of my PhD. My current roommates are also close friends and awesome people, so anyone who wants to move in will be in great hands.

-You'd be sharing a bathroom with 2 guys and there's a guy-girl couple in the master bedroom
