room available October 25th 6BR/3BA

Hi all.
Unfortunately i’m leaving California soon and my room will be available! (going back to my country) It’s a room in a 6 BR/3BA house off the Stanford Golf Course. The location is amazing, and the neighborhood is very quiet. 
The roommates are great people, and all of them are Stanford affiliates (SLAC, medicine, MD or PhD). They are respectful, clean and always down for a glass of wine. There are often guests, music, etc. so if you're looking for a very quiet place, this isn't it!

The room itself is cozy, very comfortable and fully furnished (bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair)!
The room will be available October 25th and the lease ends on June 30th, 2018. The bathroom adjacent to the room has a tub, toilet and sink which is shared with one male roommate.
The House is also fully furnished with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and all the cooking materials you need including pots and pans. We all do chores to keep the place clean. 
The living room has 2 couches, a TV, a large dining table and a fireplace. The outdoor area is spacious and includes an outdoor table and a nice grill. 

Parking is free on the street and the driveway can accomodate 3 cars. There is also a large garage where we have an extra fridge and store our bikes, camping equipment, and do additional drying.
I had a a wonderful time here and don’t want to leave. The place is great full of great people sharing the same professional goals and interests. You will love it.

The room rents for $1160 per month, with about $50 per month in utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, trash, etc.).
To move in, you will also need to provide: 

- $583.33 deposit for house furnishings (you will get this money back at the end of the lease in June 2018) 

- $608.33 security deposit (you will also get this money back at the end of the lease in June 2018) 


• $1160 in last month’s rent (June 2018) 

• Oct 25 - Oct 31 is free! Your first payment of $1160, expected when you move in, covers the month of November. (if you need to move in before we can manage something)
