Room Available Sep in Downtown PA Apmt off University Ave

I have a room in a 2-bedroom apartment available in downtown Palo Alto, off University Ave. The room is open for move-in the weekend of September 19-20 (can be somewhat flexible on move-in date).
I am looking for someone to rent for a full year.

The spacious apartment is a 2 bedroom with 1.5 bath. Inside is a large, contemporary, open floor plan and lots of windows and natural light including a balcony-sunroom.
There are 2 huge bedrooms and many storage closets, including a storage unit on the 1st floor.

The room available is very spacious, fits a queen or king bed with room to spare. There is a big, long closet with floor to ceiling mirrors and a new ceiling fan and light installed.
The bedroom is unfurnished (can be furnished as well).

-The living room and dining room are already furnished
-New washer/dryer in the unit
-Newly installed kitchen and new appliances (new fridge, dishwasher, oven, micro) with granite countertops
-A/C, heater and fans in unit
-Secured building with plenty of street parking and an elevator for moving in
-Costs $2200 and includes rent, furnished apartment (except bedroom) plus water and waste; Utilities separate (~$35 a month)

Location does not get better than this as it's on University Ave next to downtown Palo Alto/Stanford.

I am the roommate and am a laid back, generally busy, professional girl in my late 20s. I am a Harvard graduate and work in private equity/finance. I am looking for another professional/grad student, non-smoking roommate who is ideally laid-back and clean in common spaces. Sorry, no pets.
