THE ROOM:

128sqft, two windows on one wall, large closet, able to paint if landlord ok's color.

THE DETAILS:

Signing lease, along with me and my roommate, for 09/01/2026-08/31/2027. $1,000/month paid by Zelle. Landlord pays water, we split electricity, internet, and gas. Landlord is private individual who does not live on premises, responsive to issues but hands-off most of the time. First/last months rent required up front, no security deposit.
