Room available - West Menlo Park - 1/2 mile from Campus - $1300

Hi all - my friend and I have a room available in a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in West Menlo Park (2409 Sharon Road - additional photos can be sent on request). We need another roommate ASAP for the 3rd room! Rent will be approximately $1300 per month + utilities (just internet + electricity/gas). The room is on the smaller side (about 100 sqft) but it has a large built in closet and big windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The building also has a pool. The common areas are also quite large, and there is plenty of storage space. The townhouse is a 1/2 mile from campus, and has a CVS, Starbucks, and Safeway within a 5 minute walk.

We have a cat and a dog, so we would prefer someone who likes/doesn't mind animals.
