ROOM AVAILBLE IN SANTA CLARA HOME

RENTAL INCLUDES: Bedroom, with access to common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and enclosed backyard. Renter has access to all cooking utensils (pots, pans, dishes, microwave, etc), bed linens, and laundry use. Sufficient street parking available.

THE BEDROOM: (Fully furnished) - Queen size bed, flat screen TV, tall dresser, low dresser with mirror, easy chair, and ample size closet. Room is carpeted.

THE BATHROOM: Directly across the hall from room. Three-piece bathroom, sink, tub with shower, and toilet. This is a community/shared bathroom for the house mates and any guests. For an additional cost, this bathroom can remain private to the renter.

THE HOUSE: Located 1-block from the Santa Clara DMV, 1-block from access to Lawrence Blvd., half mile from El Camino Real.

THE TENANTS: Professional adult male couple. One semi-retired/self-employed, works from home, and one works at a local university, “Go Cardinals”. Both are very active with adult softball, playing and umpiring, and travel moderately across the country for tournament play.

OUR IDEAL: We both work many hours, but when we are at home we’d prefer someone who is respectful, honest, trustworthy, laid back, likes to laugh, may want to share a meal, glass of wine, beer, bowl of popcorn, and watch an occasional movie. We understand about friends, "yours" & "ours", and will discuss ground rules with the right person.

AVAILABILITY: October 1st / Saturday (Or negotiable)

THE COST: $1100.00/month | $1000.00 deposit.
