The house is in east Palo Alto, 10 minute bike ride from Stanford (borrow my bike).
This is a private room only rental.
It has a private entrance from the garden,
it also leads directly into the bathroom which you will share with me only, older professional woman.
No access to rest of house, no housemates.
No kitchen, only microwave and refrigerator.
If all this suits you, the room can be cozy, among trees, rather rustic green area.
Cross windows, adequately furnished, new mattress and quilt.
It is available now and can be a short term rental.
