Room for rent 2 blocks from Cal ave, ~1000/month

Hi! Our third roommate is moving out next month, and we're looking for someone to fill the room (August 7th move-in at the latest). You'd be living with 2 women, one graduate student in ecology and one medical student, and would be sharing a bathroom with the medical student. We’re open to either men or women (our previous roommate was a male engineering graduate student). The atmosphere is very chill and we keep things fairly clean. The house is two blocks from Cal ave, and easy walking/biking distance from campus. Rent is approximately $1000/month. We’re looking for someone who would fit well in the house, and be a cool person to live with! No smoking or drugs, and the lease doesn’t allow for pets. Email us if you’re interested!
