Full kitchen privilege (you can use current utensils, or bring your own), share full bathroom and the rest of the apartment with a male professional, coin-operated laundry facility on site.

Rent: $270/week or $40/day (if less than a week), all utilities (Electricity & Water, WiFi, Cable TV etc.) included.

$200 security deposit.

Male or female.

No smoking, no pet, no drama.
