Room for Rent 5836 Bowcroft St. Unit 1, Los Angeles, CA

I am renting a room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo unit 900 square feet unit. The room is approximately 144 square feet. My mother lives in the living room. Amenities are free utilities unless you install an air conditioner, then its any amount over 130$ of power bill. Jacuzzi 30 feet from front door, pool, tennis court, free wi-fi. Living room is occupied by my mother who I take care of. There is one cat in the unit, but she is very quiet and keeps to herself. My mother and I are very quiet people and normal. We don't smoke or do drugs and we aren't loud at all. We expect that of anyone who rents the room. Ukrainians are offered a 50 dollar discount. I will ask for passport proof if you are Ukrainian. Also some garage storage is available upon request.
