Room for rent $ 950 a month - from July 1st - PA, California and Yale

Hi,

we (1 female, 2 male, 24-28 years old, all people from Stanford) are looking for a new housemate from July 1st. We are sharing a house with a big living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), 1.5 bathrooms and a backyard. A new washer and dryer are also available. The room will be $ 950 a month and utilities are about $ 75.

The place is less than 0.5 miles away from the Caltrain (but, you cannot hear it) and 0.25 miles from Campus.

We are all easy going people and none of us smokes. We can show you the place on Monday 22nd of June at 7:30 pm (later dates only if the room is still available - so feel free to contact although that date doesn't fit for you).
