Room for rent, Couple of blocks from Cal ave, ~1100/month

Hi! Our roommate is moving out this month, and looking for someone to fill the room (in ecology and one medical Dec 1st move-in at the latest). You'd be living with 1 man, one graduate student student, and would be sharing a bathroom with the student.The atmosphere is quite and we keep things fairly clean. The house is just a few blocks from Cal ave, and easy biking distance from campus. Rent is approximately $1100/month. We’re looking for someone who would fit well in the apt, and be a cool person to live with! No smoking or drugs, and the lease doesn’t allow for pets. Email please if you’re interested!
