Room for Rent, Immediate Move in! Great Location, Mission District

Hi!

We have a room available starting March 1st. Super close to many of the Mission's great restaurants, bars, & cafes (literally across from Trick Dog, True Laurel, Atlas cafe!). The apartment is 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with common space and adorable backyard (Grill, hammock, fruit trees, etc.). Great for backyard BBQ's and soaking up the Mission sunshine. The room is furnished with a full size bed, vanity and dresser.

We are three friends seeking a 4th person to fill the space and be part of our already fun dynamic. We are two girls and one guy--we spend a good amount of time cooking, bbq-ing or just hanging out together, but we also do our own thing. There is also lots of great energy in the building between neighbors--many shared meals and fun! We are all late 20's/early 30's--working for Stanford and tech start-ups.

Laundry in unit!

The lease is month-to-month, all utilities split evenly, and a cleaning lady who comes twice/month.
Neighborhood parking is readily available--not very challenging to find a spot.
