Room for Rent in 2Bed/1Bath Apartment in San Jose

I am a young female professional who is looking for a roommate to rent a room in my 2 bedroom/1 bath downstairs apartment starting March 1st.

The room is spacious and will be unfurnished (my current roommate is still packing her stuff). The apartment is located between Japantown and downtown San Jose/SJSU. It is within walkable distance to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, San Pedro Square, etc. I've been living at this place for a little over a year and I am still in awe of how conveniently it is located. And you just can't beat the price too (The $900 includes utilities)! The house is a little old, but everything is functional. Included in the apartment are washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, and a huge backyard with an avocado tree.

Internet is an extra $30 per month. If you own a car, you will most likely have to park on the street since there is only 1 parking spot shared among 3 people.

The security deposit is $250.

No smokers or pets.

Ideal candidate will be a young professional female who is clean and respectable.
