We're seeking a new housemate to fill a room in our 4b2.5b house. The house's location is conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. It's just a few blocks away from North Berkeley Bart station, and only one block away from University Ave.

The house features hardwood plank flooring, plenty of natural light, and is equipped with new stainless appliances. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house.

The monthly rent is $1600, and utilities are shared amongst housemates, costing around ~$80 in summer months . The room will be available on July 15th. We're seeking a clean, non-smoking housemate to join us. About our current housemates: all male, working professionals on campus and in SF.
