Room for rent in a cozy Palo Alto apartment!

My roommate and I live in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Parker Palo Alto and our third roommate recently moved out so we are looking for a new female roommate to replace her. Our apartment is close to Stanford, TJ's, Safeway, Target, and right off the 101. There's also a nice park right across the street and our complex has two pools and a small gym. Pets are allowed. The vacant room is the medium size room and costs ~$1430 for rent plus ~$100 extra for utilities. We share one parking spot but there is plenty of available street parking. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, a nice sized kitchen, and a dining room. Your bathroom would be shared with me, but we always keep it clean! The room is pretty furnished already if you would like to buy the furniture from our previous roommate. (Otherwise we can sell the items that you don't want to keep) The move-in date is flexible but we'd love to fill the room soon.
