A room is becoming available in our house in Palo Alto (permanent terms). The room is available from August 1st and for one year. With possibility of extending the contract next year.
The house is located near California Avenue and it is very close to the Caltrain station. It is an awesome location to bike to Stanford or take the Caltrain to the city. The house is shared with a bunch of sweet international people (Italian, Scottish, American, Bulgarian), all of who are postdocs or professional in their late/mid 20s-30s.
The room is very cozy and the rent is insanely cheap given the house and the location. Rent per month is $1,055 plus utilities.
The house is lovely with a garden, a spacious living room, a huge kitchen, lots of storage space including a garage. Three bathrooms in the house. Most of us have been living there for the past 4 years now.
