I am looking for someone to move in on August 1, 2019. This would be ideal for anyone moving to the Stanford RWC location or anyone that commutes to SF or SJ (I live right by Caltrain).

My apartment is walking distance to Safeway, Caltrain, Starbucks, UPS, hiking trails, Walgreens, City hall and several restaurants -- it's really a great location!

What's included in the rent?

I am looking for a mature female renter who is clean, kind, polite, a good communicator, responsible, and respectful. No drugs or alcohol use. No pets.

Rent is due on the 25th every month.
