Room for rent in College Terrace

My roommates and I are looking for a fourth male roommate for an open room in our College Terrace house. The house is located on Stanford Ave. The room itself is on the first floor, is unfurnished, has a small closet in the room, has built-in shelves in the hallway just outside the room, and shares one of the two bathrooms with the other downstairs room. The house has a shared kitchen, shared in-unit laundry, and driveway space in front of the house for parking. Rent is $1,375/month + ~$65 utilities, month-to-month lease, and the room is available now.

Regarding living with the three of us, we are all males in our thirties, working during the weekdays, and often out of the house on evenings and weekends. One night a week we host a small group meeting, and a couple times a year or so we’ll host a larger community event. In general, the house is pretty quiet and peaceful, and we keep the common spaces relatively tidy.
