Room for rent in East Palo Alto for $800

Looking for two roommates to replace our current roommates starting September 1st.

Who we are:

1. a female postdoctoral fellow in Pediatrics and 2) a male graduate student at Stanford.
   We lived at the house for a year now, and have found the neighborhood to be pleasant.

The house:
Conveniently located off of University Ave at the end of a dead end street.
4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. (Bathrooms separated according to gender)
Both available rooms are spacious could be considered Master bedrooms by themselves.
Bedrooms could come furnished if need be.
Large kitchen and nice outside garden space with a lemon tree.
Parking available for one car per tenant.
Equipped with Washer and Dryer (only used by tenants of the house)
Comes with monthly maid service.

Cost:
$800 a month
Upon move in a deposit of $500 is required (refundable upon moving out) as well as first and last months rent.

No additional pets will be considered. Currently the house is occupied by a cat, but she rarely enters the room of anyone other then her "human". She does occupy the common / shared areas though. If allergic please do not respond.
