- Rent for the rooms are depending on size. Smallest room at 250 sqft would be $900. Medium room @ 375 sqft is $1250 and biggest room at 425 sqft is $1350. Deposit would be same as rent.
- Rooms are unfurnished with closets.
- Shared bathroom & kitchen.
- Available street parking.
- You need to be added to the lease, which will involve a credit check. $35 background check during application. --
- No short-term rentals of a few months/ Lease is for one year.
- The rooms are available immediately.

- Young, motivated, & professional Stanford employee & a 6 month old pup already occupying one of the rooms.
- You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professional, working at Stanford, who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.
