We have a spacious room with a shared bathroom available in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in the Professorville neighborhood of Palo Alto. Move-in availability starts August 3.
The room is 14’ x 14’ (196 sq ft) with a large closet and rents for $1,100/month. Utilities and monthly cleaning are split equally among housemates (approximately $100-$150/month).
The room comes unfurnished.

Your new housemates would be two men in their mid twenties, both in tech. We are friendly and easygoing but respect personal space. The house is clean and relaxed and looking for a responsible, considerate housemate who is in a job or educational program and can commit to at least 6 months.
