Room for rent in large 3 bdrm with Stanford graduate students

We are a married couple in our early 30s with a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house. It includes your own bathroom and garage parking space. Move in date is flexible, between now and April 15th. Further details below.

We don't have kids, make awesome beers/ciders, like to relax but work long hours. We occupy the other two rooms in the house, so only 3 people total live here (including you.) Where: Redwood City, off Woodside Rd, easy bike ride to Stanford, car access to 101 and 280, right on border with Atherton, quiet street.

What: 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Large backyard and common spaces, your own space in a covered, attached garage (which also has a lot of storage space). Common spaces are furnished already, big TV, stereo, nice cookware, BBQ, beer brewing equipment. Free washer and dryer in the garage. Dishwasher, two ovens, bar. You can have your own raised bed in backyard if you want to garden. No pets.

When: April 15th move in at the latest, but earlier can work too. We plan to stay here for at least 2 years and hope to find someone who will be here for at least a year but can be flexible depending on interest.

Cost: 1150 per mo, plus 1/3 of utilities (PGE, sewer/garbage, internet, twice monthly housekeeper) - about 150-200 per month including the housekeeper, who will clean your room if you want.

Us: Resident and MD/PHD student at Stanford. Relaxed, courteous, moderately social but don't have people over all the time, responsible but fun loving and don't take ourselves very seriously.
