Room for rent in large, beautiful Pacifica home w ocean views

Private room in large beautiful Pacifica home overlooking the ocean. Bathroom is shared w/ one person. Large backyard, deck, garage, living spaces, and kitchen. House is a group of young professionals with four rooms total (currently four tenants including a couple in an attached in-law unit). We are busy on the weekdays but otherwise active (yoga, surfing, snowboarding, etc.). We love the surrounding area with the beach and easy commute/uber to the city or South Bay. House is also walking distance to a brewery, bowling alley, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We are asking $1100 a month not including splitting basic utilities. Plenty of parking and new washer/dryer onsite. Sorry, we are not allowed to have pets.

Two of us are Stanford postdocs (Biology and Neuroscience) and normally make the commute to Stanford every day. The commute is easy and we prefer the location over Palo Alto. Don't hesitate to reach out for questions, additional photos, or a tour.
