Room for rent in Mountain View - $1300

My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to rent his room. The place is a recently remodeled duplex with a large kitchen, living room, and private courtyard. Washer/dryer included. It's at great location on Springer Road on the border of Mountain View/Los Altos, 2 miles from Castro Street and 5 miles from Google/LinkedIn/etc.

About me:

• I'm a 26 male working solar engineer
• Enjoy outdoor activities and bars on the weekends, usually stay in on week nights (video games and reading, etc.)
• Like to host BBQs occasionally on weekends
• Easy going
• Like to keep things clean and organized

About you:

• Young professional (M or F) working in the area
• Non smoker, no pets (Landlord doesn't allow them - might be negotiable with him)
• Being friendly and the occasional hang out is a plus -
• Rent is month to month, although long term occupant ideal
